Since ChatGPT launched on November 30, 2022. When OpenAI opened its API in March 2023 we started integrating generative AI into our clients' systems. Before that, since 2012, we built the web, apps and enterprise software those integrations now run on.
What does AI integration for a business actually include?
A diagnosis of the job, the connection between the AI model and your systems (WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, documents), the rules of what it may and may not do, a human fallback, monitoring and a monthly cost cap. The model itself is the smallest part.

What happens when the AI is wrong?
It hands the case to a person, with the reason. Every route has a human fallback, and every system has a monthly cost cap with an alert.
Who owns the result?
You do. Accounts, keys and code in your company's name. We can operate it for you, but you can leave with everything.
How much does it cost to run?
Model costs are part of the written price and of the monthly operation plan. We set a cap, and you get an alert before reaching it.
Do you work in Spanish and English?
Both, natively. Our team is in El Salvador and Houston; the agents we build answer in whichever language the customer writes.
Can you connect it to our ERP?
Usually yes. We've integrated SAP, remittance networks, Webflow, WooCommerce and custom systems. The meeting tells you if yours is one of them.
