Document & paperwork automation

Documents arrive as PDFs and photos, and someone retypes them into the system.

What document automation with AI does

  • Extracts text, fields and tables from PDFs and images
  • Validates against your rules and your catalog before anything is saved
  • Sends what it isn't sure about to a person, with the reason
  • Delivers TXT, JSON or CSV, or writes straight into your system

How we implement document automation with AI

  1. 1

    Real sample

You send us a sample of real documents and we agree on which fields matter.

  2. 2

    Rules

We validate against your catalog, suppliers and amounts before anything is saved.

  3. 3

    Human review

Whatever the AI isn't sure about goes to a person, with the reason.

  4. 4

    Delivery

TXT, JSON, CSV, or straight into your system.

What it connects to

  • PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP files
  • The inbox where invoices arrive
  • Your ERP or accounting system
  • Spreadsheets and CSV

How much document automation with AI costs

From $750 for one document type with its validation. You can try Mediata for free with a sample invoice before paying anything.

What you control

  • What it says, and what it never says
  • Which data it can see
  • What it costs to run each month, with an alert at the cap
  • Who takes over when it isn't sure

Questions about document automation with AI

Ask a question
Does it work with phone photos?

Yes, it accepts JPG, PNG and WEBP besides PDF. Photo quality matters: anything it can't read well goes to a person.

What about El Salvador's electronic invoices (DTE)?

DTEs already carry their data as structured JSON, so they import without reading the PDF. We already do it in our own CRM.

How many documents can it process?

The Mediata demo takes up to 10 files at a time; in your company it is sized to your monthly volume.

How long until it's working?

A pilot of one flow is usually in production within a few weeks of the written price. We don't promise days; we promise a number you can measure.

What happens when the model is wrong?

It hands the case to a person, with the reason. Every route has a human fallback and a monthly cost cap with an alert.

Do we need to change our systems?

Usually not. Most of the value is in connecting what you already have.
